It is hard to say goodbye to old friends.
I bought this board ten years ago in Whistler when the board I brought delaminated. It has a sticker from the first place I learned to ride, Snowshoe West Virginia. It has stickers from Chamonix and Zermatt in the alps. It has stickers from my favorite mountains in the Utah Wasatch range.
But the base is beat to shit, full of core shots. The sides are delaminating and the top sheet looks like it came in second in an ax fight. Goodbye, old pal.
